I got my item and it isn't what I expected.
We make every effort to portray each item in as many photographs as possible in order to let the customer see everything. We therefore will not accept returns.

My item arrived damaged. What now?
If your item is damaged when you get it, save the box and leave the item inside. Contact us for the proof of insurance and once you receive it, take it to your local post office and fill out a claim. They will investigate.

How do I know what my shipping cost will be if it isn't listed?
Each individual shipment that is outside of the United States will need to be configured with the United States Postal Service. Customers will be informed as to the cost.

Can I return my item?
Due to the high prices of shipment, we will not accept returns at this time. We request that potential buyers ask questions before making their purchase.
